Estimating & Bidding:  Our estimators interact with potential and existing clients to help develop a cost for your project. Our estimating division will be dedicated to estimating your project from the initiation phase to project completion.  Our estimators work closely with owners, architects, and engineers to provide input to the project design, manage the budget and bid phase, and conduct face to face negotiations for all project trades. We also maintain their involvement in each project throughout the construction process with jobsite visits while working closely with the project team to deliver the job accordingly.

Analyze Drawings/Determine Scope of Work: Reviewing drawings and determining scope of work in the intial phase before a project begins is one of the most criticial factors. Our Project Managers and estimators will work closely to determine schedule, objectives and will make sure work is completed according to the drawings and scope of work outlined.

• Project Management: Our Project Managers will be the team leaders to every project and be responsible for assembling project teams in assigning tasks and responsibilities. Our project managers will identify the appropriate resources needed to accomplish tasks, and developing schedules to ensure timely project completion.  We will manage and provide direction and control of work performed in the timeline of the project, and implementing appropriate corrective actions when required. Our project managers will meet with the client to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction.

• Maintenance Contracts/Services: With maintenance division services(DMB) throughout New York, New Jersey and the Metro Area, Atlas Acon offers monthly in-house and individual contracts that will allow your company to receive maintenance services as needed at a reduced cost.
